Crispy, spicy, slight sweetness from onions ,with mint yoghurt 😋

    Ingredients: onions 500 gm to 750 gm  

    Salt : according to taste 

    Red chilli powder: according to taste 

    Green chillies: two 

    Carom seeds: half teaspoon 

    Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon 

    Coriander seeds: 1  tablespoon 

    Chickpea flour: 1 cup 

    Take onions, thinly slice them,and add salt according to taste, leave them for a while until they release water,then add spices,green chillies, and chickpeas flour,mix everything, add some water if needed, fry on low to medium heat .

    Tip: take some batter in hand and drop it in oil like your are sprinkling salt,that way pakodas will become more crispy.
